For your application to be approved by Rome Finance Company you must have an allotment in place for the minimum monthly payment on your computer purchase AND send us proof that you have done so. All our allotments are done through First Citizens Bank which is used by many companies. You want to be careful when you start, stop or change any allotment. After choosing or building the perfect computer please follow these steps to complete your order. In your control panel you can view the current status of your order, and see the documents yet to be completed.

The following documents are all available on the MyPay website easily accessed at the link below. Your LES and NET PAY (EFT) are already available to be copied and e-mailed or faxed BUT the allotment must be created and started by you. 1. Submit Your Leave and Earning Statement (LES)
2. Submit Your NET PAY Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
3. Create & Submit Your Allotment Information

Now that you have created and started your allotment, obtained copies of your LES and NET PAY (EFT) you are ready to complete your order. To do so please send copies of these MyPay documents in the way that is most convenient for you. You may do this one of three ways:

• Save As HTML or PDF and Attach to an Email

Select the Printer Friendly Version of your LES if you desire to print or save your LES. It requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. Often, Acrobat Reader is already added to web browsers. If you don't have Adobe Reader and applicable security policies allow you to install it, it can be downloaded at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html

• Cut and Paste into an Email

Login to the mypay website and pull up the document you want to email, then starting at the top left hand of the document left click your mouse and drag the mouse across the document to bottom right hand corner so the document is highlighted.

Then on your keyboard hold the CTRL KEY and while holding, click on the C KEY, this will copy the document, nothing will appear on your display but it has been copied, then open an email and left click in the email where you would type a message and then Hold the CTRL KEY and while holding, click on the V KEY this will paste the document into the email.

Please include a cover page stating how many pages are included, so that we can be sure we received all your documents. Saving as an HTML version you can print this document however, you may have to make adjustments to your margins in your browser Page Setup for optimal printing of the HTML version. If your LES or Pay Statement is cut off at any margin, go to the myPay Home Page to adjust the margins of your browser. Once the myPay Home Page is opened, access the "File" drop down menu and select "Page Setup". Within the "Page Setup" window, adjust the left and right margins to .25 inches and the top and bottom margins to .5 inches. If that does not solve the problem, click on the View menu, Select "Text Size", and click on medium. If you continue to have the problem after following the above instructions, click on the Tools menu, select "Internet Options", click the General Tab, click the Fonts button, select "Latin Based", select "Arial Narrow" or "New Times Roman" and click OK and click OK.

24 hours after you have submitted all the MyPay documents please return to our site, log in and check your control panel to confirm we have received everything and your computer is being ordered.

If you already have an allotment with First Citizen Bank please review the following information. You want to be careful when you start, stop or change any allotment. Please follow

First Step

Visit the myPay website and look at all your allotments.

Do you have any allotments going to First Citizens Bank?

If you DO NOT then a new allotment for the minimum payment or more. Then send submit your myPay documents.

If you DO then proceed to the Second Step.

Second Step

If you do have an allotment going to First Citizens bank then you must check the routing number.

Does the routing number on your allotment say 083901825?

If it DOES NOT then a new allotment for the minimum payment or more. Then send submit your myPay documents.

If it DOES then proceed to the Third Step.

Third Step

If you have an allotment going to Fist Citizens Bank and the routing number is 083901825,

Do you know what the allotment is for and how much?

Is this a current allotment which you are paying OR is this for an allotment for which you have completed?

If you ARE NOT currently paying on these order and have completed these payments associated with this routing number, send us a hand written letter addressed to First citizens bank stating that the obligation is completed and you wish to cancel the current allotmet to routing number 083901825.

Then start your allotment for the minimum payment or more. Then send submit your myPay documents.

If you ARE still paying on this alloment then proceed to the Fourth Step.

Fourth Step

If this allotment is a  current bill for which you are still paying then you must combine the existing allotment to routing number 083901825 with the amount you wish to payfor the computer purchase each month.

Remember to make the allotment total for no less than the minimum, but as much as you would like. Then send that proof to us so we can process your computer purchase without interfering with your current payments.

Example: If your current allotment is $100 and the payment for your new computer is $150, then you must change the allotment to routing number 0839011825 to $250 and send proof of your allotment.
